a) Redwood consists of the cities of Menlo Park, Atherton, Woodside, and Portola Valley only.
b) Sequoia consists of the cities of Redwood City, San Carlos, Emerald Hill, Belmont and any cities north up the Peninsula.
c) East Palo Alto (EPA) is a neutral site between Redwood and Palo Alto, meaning kids there can register in either chapter.
d) All girls in San Mateo County and north will register with Redwood. Sequoia will not have its own girls teams this year. EPA girls may choose Redwood or Palo Alto.
e) All rookies (grades 2 and below) can register with Redwood as Sequoia will not have a rookie program this year.
f) Families who previously registered with Redwood in the 2007-08 season or earlier have the option to remain with Redwood forever for all children in the immediate family, regardless of city of residence.
g) Boys grades 3-8 who wish to play with NJB and who registered for the first time with Redwood in last year's 2008-09 season or are new to this year's 2009-10 season must register with the appropriate chapter by city. The exception here is if the boy is a sibling in a 'grandfathered' family.
h) Menlo Park and Portola Valley residents who previously played with Palo Alto NJB for 2+ years may choose either Palo Alto or Redwood.
i) Redwood will continue to use Payes Place for its primary space for practices and games.
